Gizlilik politikası

Uygulamaya kendin girdiğin bilgiler: dışkı kayıtları (Bristol tipi), yemekler, semptomlar ve şiddetleri, ilaç ve takviyeler, su, uyku, stres, istersen regl dönemi, notların, eleme planın, hatırlatıcı saatlerin ve profil bilgilerin (adın, isteğe bağlı olarak yaşın ve doktorunun adı).

Bu bilgiler iPhone uygulamasında uygulamanın cihazdaki yerel deposunda, web sürümünde ise tarayıcının yerel depolamasında saklanır. Bize ya da başka bir sunucuya gönderilmez.

Yalnızca sen istediğinde. Doktor raporunu (PDF) ya da yedek dosyasını paylaşım menüsüyle kendi seçtiğin kişiye veya uygulamaya (ör. e-posta, mesajlaşma, Dosyalar) gönderebilirsin. Gönderdiğin anda o dosya için seçtiğin hizmetin kuralları geçerli olur.

Hatırlatıcılar telefonunda yerel olarak planlanır. Bildirim göndermek için sunucu kullanılmaz, bildirim kimliğin toplanmaz.

Web sitesinde çerez, reklam ya da analitik aracı kullanmıyoruz. Siteyi barındıran altyapı sağlayıcısı, hizmeti çalıştırmak ve güvenliği sağlamak için standart teknik kayıtlar (IP adresi, tarayıcı türü, istek zamanı gibi) tutabilir. Bu kayıtlar sağlık kayıtlarını içermez.

Ayarlar ekranındaki "Bütün verimi sil" düğmesiyle bütün kayıtlarını cihazından kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. Uygulamayı silmek de kayıtları siler. Verin yalnızca cihazında durduğu için, sen yedek almadıysan silinen kayıtları biz geri getiremeyiz.

Sağlık verisi özel nitelikli kişisel veridir. Tulopi bu verileri toplamadığı, saklamadığı ve işlemediği için elimizde sana ait bir sağlık kaydı bulunmaz. Gizlilikle ilgili her soru ve talebin için bize yazabilirsin: hello@tulopi.app

Tulopi 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek bilgi toplamayız; zaten hiçbir kullanıcıdan sağlık verisi toplamayız.

Tulopi tıbbi cihaz değildir; tanı koymaz, tedavi ya da ilaç önermez. Acil bir durumda bulunduğun ülkenin acil numarasını ara (Türkiye'de 112).

Uygulamaya yeni bir özellik eklenip veri kullanımı değişirse bu sayfayı güncelleriz ve tarihi değiştiririz. Sorular için: hello@tulopi.app

Only what you enter yourself: bowel movement logs (Bristol type), meals, symptoms and their severity, medication and supplements, water, sleep, stress, optionally your menstrual cycle, your notes, your elimination plan, reminder times and your profile (your name and, optionally, your age and your doctor's name).

In the iPhone app this data is kept in the app's local storage on your device; on the web it is kept in your browser's local storage. It is never sent to us or to any other server.

Only when you choose. You can send your doctor report (PDF) or a backup file through the share sheet to a person or app you pick (for example email, messaging or Files). From that moment, the terms of the service you chose apply to that file.

Reminders are scheduled locally on your phone. No server is used to send them and no notification identifier is collected.

The website uses no cookies, ads or analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and request time) to run the service and keep it secure. These logs never contain your health entries.

The "Bütün verimi sil" (delete all my data) button in Settings permanently removes all entries from your device. Deleting the app removes them too. Because your data lives only on your device, we cannot restore deleted entries unless you made a backup.

Health data is a special category of personal data. Because Tulopi does not collect, store or process it, we hold no health records about you. For any privacy question or request, write to us: hello@tulopi.app

Tulopi is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not collect health data from anyone.

Tulopi is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or recommend medication. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
