Your tummy has a story.

Tummy tracking was never this cute.

Two taps after the bathroom, one tap at the table. Walk into your gastroenterologist’s office with a 30-day report instead of “it’s been okay, I guess.”

What is your tummy objecting to? Tulopi counts, you decide.

It checks how often symptoms show up in the hours after a meal and puts tagged meals side by side with the rest. With too little data it says “too early to tell.” If you and your dietitian decide to drop a food group for 2-4 weeks, elimination mode keeps the schedule.

Tulopi is a journal, not a doctor.

It doesn’t diagnose, and it doesn’t recommend treatment or medication. It doesn’t decide for you; it helps you have a better conversation with your doctor.

If you have any of these, don’t just keep a journal. See your doctor:

  • Blood in your stool
  • Black, tar-like stool
  • Unexplained weight loss
  • Pain that wakes you at night
  • Persistent vomiting
  • Fever
  • Difficulty swallowing
  • New symptoms after age 50

If you log any of these, Tulopi shows a clear warning on screen. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Less than a single doctor’s visit.

For yourself, or for your clients.

Personal

$4.99 / month

or $34.99 a year (works out to $2.92 a month)

  • Unlimited entries, every entry type
  • Day-color calendar and patterns
  • Elimination trial mode

Per-client license

White-label, with your clinic’s name and logo

  • Give clients a journal under your own brand
  • A 30-day report ready for every follow-up
  • Track elimination trials from the same screen
  • Client list for your clinic (added during setup)
  • Privacy-first: data stays on the client’s device

Anything else on your mind is answered at the bottom of each screen in the app.

What is Tulopi?

A digestion journal for people with a sensitive gut, IBS, reflux or food intolerances. Log bowel movements (Bristol scale), meals, symptoms, medication, water, sleep, stress and, if you like, your cycle with a single tap. Tulopi colors your days, shows possible links and prepares a 30-day report to take to your doctor.

Is the app in English?

Not yet. This website is in English, but the app itself is in Turkish for now. An English version is on the way; write to us if you’d like to hear when it’s ready.

Is Tulopi a medical device? Does it diagnose?

No. Tulopi doesn’t diagnose, and it doesn’t recommend treatment or medication. It helps you keep better notes between appointments. If you log red-flag symptoms such as blood in your stool, black stool, unexplained weight loss, pain that wakes you at night, persistent vomiting, fever or difficulty swallowing, it clearly sends you to a doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Will it tell me which food is the problem?

It won’t give a definitive answer, and it can’t. It counts how often symptoms show up in the hours after meals and compares tagged meals with the rest. Results are shown as a “possible link.” Talk to your dietitian before cutting a food out of your life; Tulopi’s elimination mode helps you keep a record of that process.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your phone. There’s no account and nothing is sent to a server. Health data is a special category of personal data under GDPR and KVKK, so Tulopi doesn’t collect it. Export a backup or delete everything with one button whenever you want.

Is it on the App Store?

The iPhone app is on its way. Until then, Tulopi runs in your phone’s browser; choose “Add to Home Screen” and it sits there with its own icon like an app and works offline too. Allow notifications and it’ll remind you during the day.

The Tummy Guide.

Before your visit

What does your doctor want you to track before an appointment?

Read

When your symptoms started, how often they happen, the shape and frequency of your stools, where the pain is and how strong it is, the medication you’ve tried, and whether you’ve had any red-flag symptoms. That’s hard to recall from memory; short entries over a month make the visit much easier.

Good to know

What is the Bristol stool scale?

Read

A scale doctors often use that sorts stool shape from 1 to 7. Types 1-2 are hard and lumpy (towards constipation), 3-4 are usually considered typical, 5-7 range from soft to watery (towards diarrhea). What matters is the pattern over weeks, not a single entry.

Good to know

What does FODMAP mean?

Read

An acronym for short-chain carbohydrates that some people absorb poorly in the small intestine; they can ferment and cause gas and bloating. Onion, garlic, wheat, legumes, dairy with lactose and some fruits belong to this group. Low-FODMAP trials are done for a short time, with a dietitian.
